Hi, I'm trying to integrate Exchange calendar on a VVX 500 phone.  But I'm getting the following error in phone log:

|4|00|Network error 202 during authentication, retrying in 5 sec.
|4|00|CSoapTransaction network error = Error downloading https://mailserver url - server replied: Method Not Allowed (202)

Can anyone tell me what this error means?  Thanks.

Shawn

Hello Shawn,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Did you follow this guide => here <=

Note: Exchange Server 2007 and 2010 includes Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS), which enables client applications to communicate with the Microsoft Exchange Server. Make sure EWS is enabled.

It advises that the EWS Feature must be enabled. Without knowing your configuration nobody in the community will be able to confirm.

Please be aware that the Polycom Community is not a replacement for the Polycom Support Process and with a new unit like the VVX500 you should really work with your reseller.

Best Regards
