What is the difference between the VVX411 vs 410 and the VVX 501 vs the VVX500?
If there is a CPU/memory upgrade what are the specs for each model?
I need this information in order to help me make a decision on which model I will be deploying.
Thank you

----------------Thank you for the quick reply.
Do you have the actual specifications for the CPU and memory for the models?
I'm trying to provisioning a VVX411 with Ringcentral
They do not have the especific setup files, the 410 files should work ?
Does anyone know the actually specs for the Processor and Memory between the two phones? It's hard to guage if it's worth upgrading if you don't have actual information to compare. Just saying it's better could mean it's 1% better or twice as fast? I find it extreamly suspcious that I can't seem to find this information anywhere.
Hello qcat,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
You simply wont be able to purchase the "old" versions anymore as we soon stop manufacturing these.

----------------Hello,
I'm thinking about getting the 411 if that is the newest model (as our standard desk unit). Are there any special instructions for connecting a plantronics BT headset? Are there specific models that do or do not work? Do I need a lifting mechanism?
