VVX 411 - Local Land Line Use?

Hello,

Would it be possible to use a VVX 411 to receive local land line phone calls? We have a branch office that is using a legacy phone at the moment. Can we use the 411 instead?

Thank you

Re: VVX 411 - Local Land Line Use?

Hello @Cncf IT ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The VVX 411 is a VoIP phone and cannot be used directly with an analogue PSTN Line. There are VoIP converters that could be used but I would look into a Service that ports the Number to a VoIP provider.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
