I can only give you the same advise I have given a user with Sipgate as their providers which can be found via the forum search => here <=

 

Our VoIP community FAQ holds a general post covering most SIP Servers here:

 

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

In addition using Google I found Sipgate holds a dedicated page => here <= 

 

The above is a bit outdated but my XYZ post should help you.

I still cannot get the VVX 410 to register the line with sipgate.co.uk althogh I can do this on my Mac.  Error log as below:
