We would like to create a macro (from the web interface) that creates a soft key named "Park" allowing the following:

  • Upon press of the "Park" soft key (during a call), Immediately blind transfer the call to  a specific extension (800).  Calls are always transferred to 800 (used as a parking spot) so there is no need to prompt for the extension number.

Again, we want to do this using the web (admin) interface, versus using configuration files.

A specific example would be greatly appreciated.

An EFK can only be programed via a configuration file which you can import via the web interface.

Steffen,

Got it working based on a variation of the "Create a Softkey to directly transfer a call and hangup" example.

Thanks!

Michael
