Hi. Hoping someone can help me as I don't have a reseller or the like to turn 2
We have 4 vvx 410's. All have blf's to the other extensions. If a call comes in on the other extensions you can press the blf and answer their call. I have 1 extension that this does not work with. The BLF will no flash on any of the other phones when a call comes in to the extension number, but it you free the blf for the extension it rings and if that uses it on a call it's lit.
Can anyone help here as driving me crazy.
Thanks
Hello @glennbtn ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include.
In addition, providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea of what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues that have already been addressed.
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
It would also help us, volunteers, to provide a backup, not export, of a good and bad phone.
Also, details if this is a day 1 issue or if this only recently started could help.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
