Hi Support,
Got a customer that when transferring a call, gets the "sip:" prompt instead of a numeric prompt so they can just enter a 4 digit extension??? How do i change it so every time they transfer, its just a numeric entry???
Phone Firmware: 5.4.2.0334

Simply disable URL dialing.

Hi Steffen,
This isn't a dialmap issue... When the customer presses "Numbers" and then types in the extension, it works fine... But every time they press the Transfer button, the phone comes up with the "SIP:" prompt with Abc input... How do i get it so it just prompts for numbers???
