Hi,


I have some VVX-310 phones (secondhand).
I was reset to the factory settings (MAC hard reset) and updated the firmware.
If I connect to phones my system (my system has no Internet connection) all work well.
When I connect to each one for Internet the unknown password is coma back and locks the phone.
Otherways the screen is empty no extension or name on the screen. 

These phones are provisioned.

 

How can I remove the provisioning?

This would need to come into Poly Support with you providing proof of purchase so we can potentially release these from our provisioning solution.

We bought these phones from Facebook marketplace.
And has no paperwork. 


What is the solution?

You will need to contact who sold them to you. They could be stolen for example.
