Hello, we have a problem with the VVX201 Polycom, 5.6.0.17325 version. We configurate the minimum volume in files config, (up.ringer up.ringer.minimumVolume="12").
When we on-hook handset, we can’t low the volume below the level we configured. But if we off-hook the handset and press the softkey “End Calls”, we can low the volume below we configured.

Please open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

I actually reproduced this internally and opened a ticket and had this fixed in the latest 5.6.2 release.
The Cut Off for adding this in the current 5.7.1 release was to late so any subsequent version after this will also have the fix.
