Hi All,
As this is not felling good one of our VVX 1500 is not geeting bootup completly.the system gets stuck on mid of booting up
shows the error"initllizing system".
your assistance would be appriciated

Hello Mukesh Kumar,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The normal bootprocess would usually first show the Polycom Logo for about 10 seconds, it would then offer you the prompt that the phone is starting the application.
Once the countdown has expired Application started would appear for a longer period.

We tried to upgrade a VVX 1500 Rev E to 5.4 (combined) version, but during the process we got an error message and after that the boot process doesn't start at all. When powered on the phone still freezed on the Polycom logos.
Is there any procedure that we can try to make it work again?

The VVX1500 Software page contains very clear instructions:
If you did not follow these instructions the VVX1500 is now in an unrecoverable state and needs to be RMA'ed.
There is also a note on this in the Polycom VoIP FAQ:
