Hi

We are trying to register a VVX 1500 to Lync 2013 on premises.

We followed all the steps as mentioned to configure the Lync.cfg file including import of the root certificate, imported the same onto the phone, but the phone is not getting registered to the Lync server.

The firmware ver is 4.0.1

Can someone suggest how to solve the issue?

Hello Sujoy,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

LYNC 2013 is not supported in UCS 4.0.x range.

UCS 4.1.0 added LYNC 2013 support but not for the VVX1500.

UCS 5.0.0 or is required for LYNC 2013 if used with a VVX1500

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Dec 6, 2011 Question: What Phone Models support the LYNC 2010 or LYNC 2013 Features added in UCS 4.0.1?
