I currently have a shared call appearance with an IP 650, soft phone, and a VVX 1500. The 1500 is running on 4.0.1b and BLF is enabled on the account. BLF works on the IP 650 (and sidecar) with no issue but it won't show up on the 1500. 

 

Now I've looked through the forum and I see that the 1500 doesn't support ENHANCED BLF but I'm just looking for standard BLF.

Hello Kyle,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The basic BLF package, allows a user to see that a monitored phone is idle or busy and that is it.

 

Who they are talking with is not presented, nor is the ringing state and therefore directed call pickup.

Thanks for the explanation. Now, how do I get the basic BLF package to work on a VVX 1500 running the previously mentioned firmware?
