VVX 1500 and IP331 Voice quality issue

Hi ,

 

 I am using Asterisk with Polycom VVX 1500 and IP 335 

 

When call from VVX 1500 to IP 335  voice getting noisy

 

if i diable video on VVX 1500 Then i am getting clear Voice

 

Please advice  how to make Video and non video (only voice call) from VVX 1500 with out diableing video for each call

Hi ,

 

 I have tried to get support from India Number ,which is given by Singapore service desk ,but not one responding ,Singaore service desk said clearely need take support from India ,Can you advice how to get help on this issue

could I kindly ask you to follow up your older post's => here <= here as without feedback other users are unaware if the responses provided helped addressed your issues.

 

In order for your VVX / SPIP issu the VVX for example was sold to you via Velocis System Pvt. Ltd.

 

You will need to contact that partner in order for them to raise a support ticket for yourself.

 

The above company can be found via a google search and have various offices within India.
