With our current  old PBX system that is being replaced, the head of maintenance is able to change the on-call maintenance person for extension. For example, she presses line key for "John" -- and until she changes, extension 204 will dial John. The next week the on-call person changes and so she selects "Bob" -- extension 204 will now dial Bob's cell.

Is this possible with some type of coding using Polycom VVX400 and Nextiva VoIP?

I'm hoping some tech guru out there has the answer.

Thank you.
