Hello all,

 

our partner Zoom has added our CCX 600 (using EagleEye Mini USB) or the CCX 700 as a Zoom Phone Appliance

EDIT: Since Zoom Room App 5.10 or later also the CCX 400 or CCX 500 Hardware Revision K, L or later is supported as shown >here<

The UC Software should upgrade to 7.1.1 and the Zoom Appliance is  5.6.6 (1240)

 

Users can set up a Poly CCX 600 or CCX 700 device with a dedicated Zoom client. From the home screen, users can interact with the following features: multiple lines, voicemail, call/transfer/conference, escalate to Zoom meeting and join / start/control that meeting. In addition, users can access information about recent meetings, their schedules, and their favorite contacts. User presence and call history are also displayed. 


Zoom Phone calling features supported :

  • Call hold/resume
  • Mute
  • Call transfer
  • Consultative
  • Direct transfer
  • Transfer to Voicemail
  • Call waiting
  • Call conferencing
  • Shared Line / Shared Line Group
  • Voicemail
  • Dial by name
  • Do not disturb
  • Caller ID block
  • Call Queue Group
  • Call logs
  • Emergency calling

After a factory restore the phone will automatically be added to Zoom and download the new 7.1.1 software:

Hello all,

 

as of Zoom Room App Version 5.10 the CCX 500 is supported as well with the following caveat:

 

  • Only Poly CCX 500 Hardware Revision K, L or later is supported:
    000018.427|so   |*|00|Platform: Model=CCX 500, Assembly=3111-49710-001 Rev=K Region=0​

Using any other CCX 500 Hardware revision prior to at least K or other models will show:
