Hi,

I'm trying updating the polycom BTOE connector from 2.0.0 to 2.1.0.
What is the good practice for polycom ?

In our company, we use SCCM to deploy software.

If I deploy BTOE 2.1.0 on a computer with BTOE 2.0.0, the update works great (disable 2.0.0, install 2.1.0) BUT when it relaunches the connector, it does it in System Account (used by SCCM to install applications) instead of using currently logged user, and so the connector don't work until the user reboots his computer.

For polycom, what is the best practice to update BTOE connector on a big number of computers ?

Thanks for your help
