Unable to register using TLS on vvx401

I am trying to register a vvx401 to asterisk using TLS. I have successfully installed my root CA signed by go daddy in the phone via web. Phone is not registering and I am getting these errors in logs..

1125120815|sip |4|00|MakeTlsConnection: SSL_connect error 1
1125120815|sip |4|00|MakeTlsConnection: connection failed error -1
1125120815|pps |4|00|[PpsHybridC::OnEvSipOnFetchRootCert] Lync Special Interop is disabled.
1125120815|pps |4|00|[PpsHybridC::OnEvSipOnFetchRootCert] Exiting from certificate fetch procedure.
1125120901|sip |4|00|[cert_verify_callback,tcp]:Server certificate verification failed, Untrusted Certificate,error=20

In device settings I see these config are saved..

device.sec.TLS.customCaCert1="MIIFNzCCBB+gAwIBAgIIUQQLz54g2Dgw... my cerificate contents..."

UC Software Version Updater Version

Hello muyousif,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did you ever solve your old issues => here <= ?

It would be great to get some feedback on these before asking new questions.

In addition your software version is no longer supported and you should be on UC Software 5.5.0 or UC Software 5.4.5 to be supported.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
