USB Passthrough Software - New Location and MSI Option?

Just now discovering the USB Passthrough software and successfully tested it.  I always knew there was a USB feature for audio - but didn't know that by using the Passthrough application it would also let you grab the camera as well.  To me, this means our huddle rooms can support a wide variety of meeting ecosystems - and not just Teams and selected Zoom meetings.

Would this work with a Trio paired with a Group Series in Trio Mode?  Or only Trio's paired with Visual Plus's?

I had a hard time finding the download and old documentation referenced sites that were no longer in existence.

Trio 8800 | Poly, formerly Plantronics & Polycom is where it is currently.  And the version is relatively new as of May, 2022.  Look for "Poly Trio Pass-through For Windows 10"

Is it possible there's an MSI option for easier distribution to clients?  Also, the PDF release notes are blank.

Re: USB Passthrough Software - New Location and MSI Option?

Hello @Adam in DC

This was stuck in the Spam filter and had to be released manually

I have reported the blank release notes to our documentation team.

The Pass Through app will work with a Poly Trio 8500 or Trio 8800 with either a Visual+ or a VisualPro.

I am not aware of any specific MSI options and if you require an official statement please open a support ticket.

Best Regards
