welcome to the Polycom Community.
There not that many Error messages that the phone displays.
- DHCP Error = should be clear
- Missing files, config reverted Details => here <=
- Duplicate IP = should be clear
- pre-3.3.0 params Details => here <=
The above is describe as an example within the Admin Guide in the Polycom UC Software Error Messages section.
Usually you can simply press Home > Settings > Status > Diagnostic > Warnings or Home > Settings > Status > Platform > Configuration
