I have the files loaded into the FTP server. I can see the IP 5000 connect to the server. I am using file zilla. I get an error saying that the user or password is wrong. I must have set something up wrong, but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas?

Usually the phones factory username & password for authentication against a provisioning server is PlcmSpIp.
