Trio 8800 with Vis+ Content Button Text

Hi all,

Does anyone know if you can edit the text that displays when you press the Content button or a way to hide the content button when in a call?  I was able hide the content button on the home screen but not when in a call?

Re: Trio 8800 with Vis+ Content Button Text

Hello @rbaldeo ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQ’s listed in my signature for your convenience.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

The current software that we are running to the Trio 8800 is 7.2.2.1094.  We are using the Generic profile to connect to CUCM.

Just looking edit the text when the content button is press or hide the in-call content button icon.

Re: Trio 8800 with Vis+ Content Button Text

Hello @rbaldeo ,

The community contains individual sections dealing with the different products we offer Voice, Audio/Video, UC Infrastructure or Others.

Your post or the post you replied to was placed into an incorrect section and has therefore already been moved.

Your post was not deleted!

Nowhere near a Trio or config files at present but I suggest you check these posts:

Mar 31, 2017 QuestionCustomize the Content Sharing Graphic on a Poly Trio?

Resolution:Please check => here <=

or

Jan 14, 2015 Question: Finding the default values for configuration parameters for Poly Phones?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

if this fails or you cannot find these try to open a Support ticket.

Best regards
