Hello,

We have some Trio 8800  registered to an innovaphone PBX with a Failoverserver.

If the primary Server is down the Trio should be registered to the secundary PBX, but i can not see any Registration Requests on the secundary when the primary is down.

The Trio use the same authentication on both Servers.

UC-Softwareversion 5.9.3.8724

The log show

Registration failed User: 399, Error Code:404 Not Found

A working example is attached also please use a currently supported software version. This would be UC Software 7.2.4

I have upgrade the Trio8800 to the UC Software Version 7.2.4

and change the configuration to this Example

but it doesn't work.

If the primary server is down, the trio will not register with the secondary server and I can't see a registration request in the secondary server's syslog.

After the trio rebooted, the trio registered with the secondary server (the primary is still down).

When the primary server reappears, the trio will automatically register with the primary server.

Are there parameters for the secondary request?


I've tested with a few different configurations, but nothing works

Your reply was stuck in the Spam filter and had to be manually released by a volunteer.

 

Again I am unsure if you read my replies but you did not follow the advice provided in regard of troubleshooting.

 

I copy&paste these simple instructions here and then reboot the device and test this again:

Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Debug
Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Log File Size (Kbytes) > ForTrio 10000
Settings > Logging > Log File Upload > Upload Append Size Limit (Kbytes) > 51200
Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > SIP > Debug

 

If you do this you "should" be able to troubleshoot this yourself.

 

Looking at the log you posted the 1st stumbling stone is:

 

0112162405|sip  |4|00|Registration failed User: 399, Error Code:404 Not Found

and then

Maybe try a single simple registration 1st and test this:
