I am working with a Trio 8800 in Microsoft Teams base profile and was trying to get calling working.  It would appear that there is no way to register the Poly with Cisco Call Manager while in this profile and that regular calling has to be conducted through call plan for Microsoft 365.  Is this expected behavior?  For reference I am running software version 7.0.0.4269.  This phone was working and registered with Cisco when it was in SfB mode.  After changing things over, the line settings are grayed out in the device web interface.

If in Teams mode the Trio 8800 can only support Teams.

The C60 can use Call Application Switching as outlined in the Microsoft FAQ:

July 21, 2020 Question: Can a Poly Trio C60 support Microsoft Teams or Zoom at the same time as Skype for Business or openSIP?

Resolution: Have a look at the Switching Call Applications on Trio C60 – Poly OpenSIP and Microsoft Teams >here<
