Hi everyone,
I seem to be unable to capture the screen on my new Trios 8800.
I upgraded each of them on version 5.9.0.11421, activated the option on the config files with
up.screenCapture.allowed="1" up.screenCapture.enabled="1"
and I still get 404 as a result.
First page is "Site non secure", but when I bypass, i still got a 404 page.
I was not able to find anything relative to that in the admin guide or the Internet.
Has anyone face the issue before ?

We do not know if your phone actually has taken the configuration that you assume it has. We also do not know if you are using HTTP or HTTPS.
Usually, we post this:
Both the communities Must Read First and the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
As a reminder the basic information asked for:
UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup. Please rename into .TXT or Zip the file to attach.
Since UC Software 5.9.0 simply provide this via the Web Interface Diagnostics > Download Support Information Package
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Poly to have an overview of the current software used. In addition, providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
A backup as an example would enable us to verify the configuration.

Sorry I haven't posted all the infos required, I should have checked the rules before posting.
I'm using https, but I have the same result on http.
The phone is supposed to be used with Skype online.
Please find attached the phone backup and the log.
I had read the post you're pointing at and it didn't help. I checked, and it's displayed on the phone that screen capture is enabled.

this looks ok as the Web Interface is enabled. If this does not work after a reboot and you are sure you use the correct URL aka HTTPS://IP_of_your_Trio/captureScreen then I suggest you work with ScanSource Video Communications Sarl as we sold the Trio via them back in 02/07/2019
They are your Tier 1 support and they can open a ticket with Poly support for you.

I logged in the Trio, logged out, then it worked.
It's very weird, but at least, it's working now.
