Trio 8800 5.9.1.10906 in Hybrid Mode

SFB Line 1

SIP Line 2

Zoom Line 3 ( Unrigestered )

Bluejeans Line 4 ( Unrigestered )

-What is happening is when a BlueJeans meeting is sent to the polycom email to use the Join ( One Touch) option, the polycom thinks it is Zoom meeting instead of Bluejeans and starts the Zoom interface instead of the BJ, and of course meeting is not joined.

-Joining any meeting using the manual way, ( clicking the Zoom or BJ button and enter the meeting ID) is working.

Any clue why the Exchange or the polycom extract the wrong information from the BJ meeting?

Hi,

you'll have to enable the automatic digitmap line switching for each line's dialplan.

In your case import the Zoom-Unregistered-L3.cfg & BJN-Unregistered-L4.cfg and then the Exchange-Multi-EcoSystem.cfg where you can edit if required exchange.meeting.parseAllowedSipUriDomains only to include the Zoom & BJ domains and it should work fine.

Thanks for the instructions, however why the polycom is not saving the third line of the Exchange eco

  • exchange.meeting.parseAllowedSipUriDomains="zoomcrc.com,zoom.us,zoomus.com,bjn.vc,webex.com,plcm.vc,chime.in"
  • exchange.meeting.parseEmailsAsSipUris="1"
  • exchange.meeting.parseOption="All" /> ( that one is not saved after importing or no matter the method even backup and restore.

Thanks

Hello @eerspoly ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Jan 14, 2015 Question: Finding the default values for configuration parameters for Polycom Phones?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

From the XSD file:

<xsd:attribute ref="exchange.meeting.parseOption">
<xsd:annotation><xsd:documentation>enum allowed values: "All" "Location" "LocationAndSubject" "Description", default "All".</xsd:documentation></xsd:annotation>
</xsd:attribute>

The above is a standard value and these are not shown in the backup.

If you still have issues, and nobody else can help, please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

the digitmap i have for Zoom is

  • dialplan.3.digitmap="sip\:x.\.x.\@zoomcrc\.com|sip\:x.\@zoomcrc\.com|x.\.x.\@zoomcrc\.com|x.\@zoomcrc\.com|xxxxxxxxx.T|xxxxxxxxxx|"

The digitmap I have for Bluejeans is

  • dialplan.4.digitmap="sip\:x.\.x.\@bjn\.vc|sip\:x.\@bjn\.vc|x.\.x.\@bjn\.vc|x.\@bjn\.vc|xxxxxxxxx.T|xxxxxxxxxx|"

The issue stil the same Bluejeans meetings are opened with Zoom. i belive it has to do with that Zoom has the first sip in the digitmap and it is going always. i will try to switch the lines and report if Bluejeans took over or not.

I als tried |( not working at all )

  • dialplan.3.digitmap="^.+@zoomcrc\.com$"
  • dialplan.4.digitmap="^.+@bjn\.vc$"

I swapped Line 3 with line 4 so Bluejeans is now 3 and Zoom in now 4 and it is confirmed that meetings are sent to BlueJeans now instead of Zoom, confirming it has to do with the digitmap and the sip.

not sure what causing this because all files exist suffer from the exact symptom.

Hello @eerspoly ,

The files supplied by @Chris-M-Cy  work perfectly well if you import them as suggested.

You told us >here< you had Line 1 SfB, Line 2 openSIP, Line 3 Zoom and Line 4 BlueJeans.

Yet >here< your config showed Zoom at line 2.

I imported the files as is and the issue is still the same, if Zoom and BlueJeans are both configured, the JOIN button opens Zoom meeting eventhough the meeting is a Bluejeans. The actual Button on the Poly itself is working fine..ONLY the Join

The config file that you are refering >here<. is not mine it is in Document Polycom T2995444

and I refered to it only to ask if the port 5061 and proxy is making any difference.
