Dear all

I have read the whole manual and I couldn't find my mistake.

I would like to make a conference call with two numbers in foreign countrys, but the Trio doesn't let me do that.

the first number I call easily dial staring with 0049xxxxx. then I press "add" for dialing the second number, but as soon as I have dialed "00" the line will be cut.

In the manual they write something the press quickly twice the * to get the +, but I can press as fast as possible, there is no +.

Has anybody an idea, what I do wrong?

two numbers in my own country work fine, the first number foreign, the second in my country also fine.

the second number foreign => cut the line.

How can I get the + dialed?

Thanks for your support.

Hello @Ramses ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference or Digitmap issues

Resolution: Please check => here <=

In addition, you should update the software as yours is no longer supported.

If you still struggle or nobody else of our volunteers is able to help you please go ahead and open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Dear Steffan

Thanks for your answer.

We have in Switzerland 2 years warranty, but Polycom gives only 1 year. So the device has still warranty until oct 2020.

About the Firmware: when I was on the device and checked for new Firmware, I was told, that there is no newer. What is now right?

I thiink it will work, when I setup the digitplan in the SIP, but for that I first have to study all this, because I have to do it remotely and can't do it with try and error.

regards

Ramses

Hello @Ramses ,

Manufacturers warranty is always 1 year but you purchased the device from a retailer who will be responsible for your local warranty.
