Hi
Since we are moving to teams we needed to upgrade to a newer release for the Trio 8500s.
When upgrading to 5.9.3.7982 exchange will no longer auto discover.
I have also tried to change the Settings > Applications to use a static address.
Still this does not work. We have also checked both the room account in office 365 and we have checked the the skype for business has not been changed.
We have also tried the same password for both accounts. We have tested both accounts and know that we are able to log into both
(Btw, we are using exchange.showSeparateAuth="1" and we have tried without this turned on)
I have attached the log from the Trio. Is there a known issue with this?
