We are utilizing VVX 450 Phones in a small office of about 50 users.  Currently the receptionist receives all calls, and sends calls to users via a warm transfer.  They can use the "Transfer" softkey, then the Line Key (BLF) with everyone's names that appear on the sidecar.

We cannot figure out how to use this same process for sending direct to Voicemail.  Currently the Transfer 2 VM is via a Softkey macro: softkey.4.action="$Chold$vm_$P1N15$$Trefer$"

but this requires the receptionist to enter an extension number, they cannot press the BLF/Line Key on the side car to complete the Transfer.  Any recommendations to make this more user friendly and allow the BLF/Line Keys to be utilized to Transfer 2 VM?

We currently utilize Zoom Phone as the phone provider and provisioning server, so we can add a provisioning template to accomplish more custom tasks, but have not been able to stubble across the right config commands.

Hello @TechTeam ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I checked with product management and this feature is currently not in any software release. I suggest you work with Zoom on this so they can work with our product management.
