Good afternoon,

 

I am trying to use Telephony Event Notification and I am getting an error 1128172816|wmgr |4|00|Unable to send notification to https://....

 

How can I debug this further to see where the issue is lying, ssl etc..

I updated the test phone to

UC Software Version 5.5.1.11526
Updater Version 5.7.1.13261 

 

Now the logs show

|wmgr |4|00|Unable to send notification to https://IPADDRESS/api/TestHangup.aspx  with error 35

 

Which may be another issue as I am not sure why its now showing the IP and not the domain..

 

I switched to http so I can get a wire capture- and I am not getting an "error" per say, but it is trying to send it to the IP and not the Domain.

 

Your thoughts?
