Hi,

I'm trying to get failover using TLS with DNS SRV working more expeditiously.  I'm currently seeing a 150 second delay from the first packet that does not get a response from the registered proxy, until the phone finally attempts to register to the second priority server listed under our SRV records.

I see this behavior on 6.3.1 and 6.4.2 with VVX 450, 410, 350, and 150.  The 410 phone was tested with 5.9.6 and 5.9.7.

Failover over UDP however happens within 1 second of the proxy not responding.

Using TLS, here are logs and pcap data during the failover event

Hello @mwiater ,

Your post ended up in the Spam Filter so it was moved here.

To release this one of us volunteers has to check this as this is an automatic process of the community software used to host this board.

There is no need to raise this as abuse as this is a manual job one of the volunteers has to do
