I have 22 VVX400 phones doing the same thing.  I thnik it is related to the Dial rules of the phone itself.  They are behind an Asterisk system.  We dial * and then the extension number to access a specific voicemailbox to leave a direct message.  We have extensions 101 thru 122.  The extensions/ voicamail involved are 110 to 119.  Under SIp /Local Settings the Non-Standard Line Seizure is checked and the entries are:

 

[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT

 

I am new to these phones and I think this is the issue that I am having can someone comment and help me out here??
