I am trying to assing a static IP to our soundpoint 335's.  The IP screen is set up in blocks of ###.###.###.###

 

If my static IP ends in .63 how do I apply this in the settings?

Hello Bill,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Due being unaware what your current software version is I am unable to verify this on the same phone running the same software.

 

Usually I would expect to be able either just to add .63 or just use .063

Thank you Steffan.  I believe you just confirmed for me that .063 will work the same as .63 (which can't be entered).

 

If that is the case I really appreciate your help.  If not please let me know otherwise.
