Hi...Newbie to the community...

I'm a Star2Star Partner, we recently assisted in the installation of a system and we adopted numerous IP550 and IP650 phones the phones seem to work fine initially but now a number of then are displaying Microbrower errors, some example are below, we haven't been able to determine the cause and Star2Star support is working on it as well, a hard reboot of the phone seem to clear the error but they continue to appear, and help or guidance would be appreciated.

Hello @KJMILANO,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

In addition the Microbrowser is more of a gimmick and the only way some service providers use this is to provision phones as an example.

 

As you have not provided any details at all or even the configuration used I suggest you work with your reseller to get this into support.
