I'm trying to program a phone that has multiple registrations with speed dial buttons for various internal extensions.
I need the button to dial out on a specific registration (otherwise internal extensions will fail, and external numbers may be billed to the wrong account) however, all buttons seem to dial out on the first registration. Is there any way to do this on a VVX 410?
I have been unable to find a related config value or option in the web interface. If it's not possible there, is there a way to at least have certain destinations always dial an associated reg (ex: SIP:123@voip.mycompany.com always uses a reg with domain voip.mycompany.com)?
Cheers,
JE

----------------Hi Steffen,
Thanks for the response. I have tried your suggestion, however, it doesn't solve my problem completely b/c it doesn't scale well beyond one or two buttons (limited soft keys) and it doesn't seem it will work with watch buddies. I should have been more specific in my initial request - here's what I'm trying to do:
1) Configure a line key to show the login status of an Asterisk queue on line 2, and allow the user to press the button to log in and out of the queue (hence the need to dial out on line 2).
2) Add directory entries with Watch Buddy enabled for extensions on line 2
Also, it would be ideal if I could enable the same two features for additional lines (1, 3, etc.) in future, but I think this is not possible b/c watch buddy can only monitor presence on one line.
Do you have any further ideas how this can be done?
Thanks again!
Cheers,

Hello JE,
this is not something I believe we support and you would need to raise a Business case as explained here:
