I am having an issue where after i either powercycle my C12 and/or change setttings on my VoIP card, causing the VoIP card to reboot, the ethernet port of the VoIP card is no longer accessible untill I physically disconnect and reconnect it from the network.  Happening on multiple units acorss a network.  

 

Any ideas?

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"

Please provide the software version for both the SoundStructure and the VoIP Card.
