I have a Soundstation IP 6000 connected to an Avaya IP Office 500 through the network. It displays the correct extension number on the phone but I can't make or receive any calls internally or externally. The user guide doesn't tell me anything about using it with a Avaya system. How do I get this to work?

Verify if has installed a 3rd party IP endpoint license. I think that's the problem. GoodLuck!
