We're trying to integrate a Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 device into a Hosted Lync environment (similar to Lync Online via Office 365 from Microsoft). The newest UCS FW Version is installe ( Polycom UC Software 4.1.0 Rev S ). 

 

So far all configuration attempts have failed though. Has anyone had any experience with this setup?

Were you ever successful in getting this set up? I am trying the same exact thing. We buy our Office 365 through Dell and they won't even assist one bit.
