My company has 3 Polycom Soundpoint IP 550's and have had them for awhile now. Our voicemail password has been the same since we first started up the frontdesk phone, but all of a sudden it has changed the password or somehow the voicemail password has been reset when we unplugged the phone to move them. I do not know how to retrieve my messages and they are piling up pretty fast. How do I reset the voicemail password?

The phone itself has no way of changing the voicemail password. You will need to contact whoever has installed your SIP solution.
This has nothing to do with the Polycom phone.
