Soundpoint 550 Randomly Reboots
I have a pristine setup with 40/50 mbps comcast commercial connectivy, D-LINK router, etc. No passthrouhg on the phone. GB switches throughoult.
My smaller Polycom's work perfectly.
But the 550 will occasionally reboot for no reason in particular. These were purchased through 8x8 and their tech support has no idea why.
What say you?

I would suggest your provider starts looking through your phones logs. They should also be able to raise a ticket with our support team.
