Hi,

We have this issue now with ALL our IP 6000 Stock. No singe unit works.Over  last couple of years one by one they ALL failed to power on. Only the 3 LED light are on. PoE or original adapter makes no difference. A bach of them was "repaired" by a local Polycom Authorized Service but failed too when we changed office network switches from Cisco to UniFi. They boot at first but after a few days they die and never ressurect.

Now we are sitting on a pile ob 40 plus dead units. We have in between aquired the new Poly range of conference phones but question still remains. Is there a unfortunate design for these Soundstations IP6000?  Should we simply send them to scrap? Or there is still hope?

Appreciate any help.

Hello @iradu ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The community search will find many posts about this over the years. As this is the official Poly community we cannot recommend any hobbyist approach to try to repair the units.

As we have no idea how old all of these units are the default answer is there is nothing you can do.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
