Our SoundStation IP 6000 will not connect 3 parties at once.

1. Make call to first party.

2. Put first party on hold.

3. Call second party.

4. Scroll to either active call or call on hold (as stated in user manual) and click Join soft key.

5. Nothing happens. The active call is still on line and the call on "hold" remains on "hold".

Does this phone not have the capability? Do I need to contact our service provider and request a conference bridge?

Any input would be greatly appreciated because I'm not technologically savy.
