HI All.

Let's describe the situation.

i bought 2 soundpoint 321 and 1 CX500.

CX500 connected to lync 2013 is very simple and all functions are available.

SoundPoint IP 321 connected to lync2013 only on firmware 4.1.
If I'm calling from SoundPoint IP 321 to the CX500, the call fails and vice versa.
If I'm calling from SoundPoint IP 321 to SoundPoint IP 321, the call goes through.
If I call SoundPoint IP 321from a PSTN, the call fails and dialpan kind XXXXXXXXXXX@example.com

In what could be the reason?

Hello Vinar,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Using UCS 4.1.0 with a LYNC base Profile will receive all the relevant dialplan etc. provisioned from LYNC.

As you did not specify how you have setup or configured the phone I would suggest you check our colleagues Jeff Schertz blog => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
