Dear Members
We are using 5 IP 301 Systems in our office (combined with other phones) connected to a 3Cx system and are very happy with the devices. Everything seems to be working fine except for one slightly annoying thing:
Every hour or so the Polygon telephone give of a short 3 Toned ring. Almost like a signal to prove that the telephone is still alive... :-/
Can anyone help? It sort of drives you crazy over time.

Has the phone a Voice Mail Message waiting or anzthing else?
I would suggest you run a wireshark trace around that time on a spanned port to see what SIP message is being send.
