We have a Sound Staion IP 6000 connected to the Samsung Office Serv system.

The Sound Station  loses connection to the phone system.

The Sound Station SIP software is 3.3.3.0069, Boot Rom is 4.3.1.0887,

The Samsung system software is 4.75.

I have other IP and SIP phone connected to the system and they never lose connection.

 

Some times rebooting the sound station makes the Sound Station connect but most of the time it does not.

We have to default the sound staion reprogram and then it works.

 

 

Is there a software upgrade that will fix this problem.

In addition the latest supported software for the SSIP6000 that I would recommend is UCS 4.0.4
