we released the latest Trio UC Software.
Polycom® Trio UC Software 5.8.0 Rev AA (5.8.0.15024), with associated utilities and documents on the Polycom Trio 8800 and Trio 8500 product support web pages for download.
The release supports the following Polycom products:
- Polycom Trio 8500
- Polycom Trio 8800
- Polycom Trio Visual+
- Polycom Trio VisualPro
- Polycom RealPresence Group Series
- Polycom EagleEye IV USB
- EagleEye Mini USB Camera
- Polycom® EagleEye™ Director II camera when connected by USB to Polycom ® MSR Dock or Microsoft Surface Hub
- Polycom® EagleEye™ Director II camera when connected to Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series
- Polycom® EagleEye™ IV camera when connected to Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series
- Polycom® EagleEye™ Producer camera when connected to Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series
- Polycom® EagleEye™ Acoustic camera when connected to Trio VisualPro or RealPresence Group Series
