Setting MWI to a different extension than phone

I have tried multiple methods to try and set this up and it does not want to work.

FreePBX - Hints turned on


Phone Ext: 100

MWI Ext: 900


The phone works fine but the MWI does not poll extention 900.


I have tried both contact and registration modes. Does someone have an example config?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
