Hello all,

Regarding the line keys on Polycom IP650, currently line key 1 is set to the primary TN and I would also like to set line key 6, but I don't want anything present on line keys 2-5. Is this possible? I'm not able to set Line 6 without first setting lines 2-5 (1 is already set to primary line). After setting all 6 keys, when I remove 2-5 it moves the entry from key 6 up to the line 2 key. Is this typical? Is there a workaround so I can have only line key 1 and 6 set with 2-5 remaining unassigned/blank?

Thank you,

-Travis
