I have a (soundstation duo) is presenting the following failure(errorapplication is not present!) this problem was caused because the formatting of the files on it, however I cannot install the files again. already tried several times to download the software andbootrom but not with the correct version.


I would request the procedure and the link's to download the software and bootrom.

You seem to have deleted the Phones Software and now need to re-provision the phone.

I cannot see a Server Address (IP or Hostname) in your Photo.

 

I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller for further support or follow up as highlighted in my signature.
