I'm not sure I'm understanding this, as I have not been able to find an explicit answer to my question in any docs.

The VVX 201 has only one RJ9 port on the back. If I want to use a hands-free Headset, does that mean I have to unplug the HANDset?

Whereas, for eample, the VVX 301 has two RJ9 ports on the back: one has a headset icon, and one has a handset icon.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff S

Never mind, I'm a dummy. There IS a handset RJ9 AND a headset RJ9 on the VVX 201. The headset one is just located in a weird spot.

Thanks,

JDS
