Hello everyone,


We are very excited to announce the availability of most awaited Polycom® UC Software 5.2.0,  associated utilities and documents on the Polycom Product Support web pages (http://support.polycom.com) for download.


UC Software 5.2.0 is a Major release which supports VVX Business media phones and SoundStructure VoIP Interface,


Major Features include Improved Genband Interoperability on VVX Business media phones, BLF Refactoring, Software file size reduction, Intercom and many other critical field fixes.

Polycom UC Software 5.2.0 offers support for the following endpoint platforms:


  • VVX® 300/310 business media phone
  • VVX® 400/410 business media phone
  • VVX® 500 business media phone
  • VVX® 600 business media phone
  • VVX® 1500 business media phone
  • Polycom® SoundStructure® VOIP Interface

This release also provides support for the following VVX accessories:

  • Polycom VVX® camera
  • Polycom VVX® Expansion Module
